Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) is a set of initiatives which
speed up the patent prosecution procedures by sharing the
IPO-JPO Patent information between some patent offices. It also helps in

(PPH) pilot project patent office, with having a goal of reducing examination
workload and improving patent quality. This pilot program
has commenced between the Indian Patent Office (IPO) and
