Yes, that would be useful.

What is your take on using databases like MCPaIRS (for accessing Indian patents)
compared to searching on IPO or any other portal?
I find databases like MCPaIRS more user friendly to navigate. They also provide me
with opportunity to map the search results and generate customized reports for
study and sharing with colleagues.

Can you specify the features that you would be most interested in databases like
MCPaIRS to meet your business need?

Mapping of technologies and competitors would be useful. Also if we could
navigate on patent information between geographies (using patents filed in India
as a base) and see how the technology has moved or grown, how competitors
have evolved, how the technology has got replaced would help a lot. (I have not
used MCPaIRS and hence the reply is purely based on expectation in the Indian
context).
