Around 120 startups have received patents for their products
this year under the Startup India action plan according to
the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade's
Startup action plan:

patents, 1 granted in the grant of a patent in just 101 days to a startup company
just 101 days called MicroGO LLP for their Tubelet technology mainly used
for water purification, sanitisation and sterilization. The
department has also launched a scheme for facilitating the

High court of Delhi ordered Natco Pharma Limited to sell only
